Questions dealers ask about LeftLane.

How much does LeftLane cost?

Core DMS is $249 a month, with no onboarding fees, and you can cancel anytime. It includes unlimited users, unlimited legal form printing and unlimited SMS payment reminders. This price is for dealerships switching from Frazer and new dealerships with no data to import. BHPH dealers must offer LeftLane Payments for account collections.

Can LeftLane move my data from Frazer?

Yes. LeftLane has a dedicated Frazer importer that brings over customers and co-buyers, vehicles and inventory, deals and contracts, finance accounts and balances, and CPI policies and side notes, so collections pick up where they left off.

Is LeftLane reviewed by the Texas OCCC?

Yes. LeftLane is on the Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner’s list of reviewed motor vehicle software vendors, evaluated March 4, 2025.

What devices does LeftLane run on?

LeftLane runs in any browser, on a PC, Mac, Chromebook or tablet. The LeftLane Dealer app for iPhone and Android covers deals, desking, inventory, accounts and card payments.

Which states is LeftLane available in?

LeftLane is available in all 50 states. It computes the maximum rate for each deal under your state’s cap and lowers any rate above it.

Does LeftLane use AI?

Yes, in two ways. Ask AI in the finance account list turns a plain-English question, like “show me accounts less than 30 days past due,” into filters, sorting and grouping on the list. And the LeftLane app for ChatGPT, along with other AI agents, can work with your dealership’s live data.

Can I connect ChatGPT or another AI agent to LeftLane?

Yes. LeftLane has an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, available as the LeftLane app in ChatGPT and as an agent plugin for Cursor, Codex and other MCP clients. The agent can look up active inventory and past-due accounts, report on collections, accounts receivable and delinquency, open a deal’s terms, parties, vehicle and finance details, and add a note to a vehicle, deal or finance account. You sign in with your LeftLane account, and the agent sees only your dealership’s data and only what your role allows.

How do my customers make payments?

Customers pay by card or ACH through LeftLane Payments: from the link in a text reminder, in the customer portal or in the LeftLane Customer app, where they can also turn Auto Pay on or off. Every payment posts to the ledger on its own.
